1. Introduction
These terms of purchase (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Wheel-Shop.EU website (“Website”) and the purchase of products from Wheel-Shop.EU (“Seller”) by clients (“Buyer”). By onboarding as a client and using the Website, Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Onboarding and Account Creation
Onboarding Process: Buyer shall complete the onboarding process as outlined by Seller, providing all necessary information and documentation for account creation.
Account Creation: Upon successful onboarding, Seller will provide Buyer with login details to access their individual account on the Website.
3. Browsing and Product Information
Product Information: Seller shall provide accurate and up-to-date information about the products available on the Website, including specifications, images, and other relevant details.
Currency and Taxes: All prices are stated in the currency agreed upon during the onboarding process and are inclusive taxes.
Payment Terms: The payment terms, including accepted payment methods and payment deadlines, will be specified in the onboarding agreement.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing Orders: Buyer may place orders for products through the Website, following the ordering process and requirements provided by Seller.
Order Confirmation: Seller will send an order confirmation to Buyer upon successful submission of an order. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but serves as acknowledgement of receipt.
Contract Formation: The contract between Seller and Buyer is formed when Seller accepts the order and confirms it in writing or by initiating the delivery process.
5. Delivery
Shipping and Delivery: Seller will arrange for the delivery of the ordered products to the specified delivery address provided by Buyer, in accordance with the agreed terms during the onboarding process.
Delivery Costs: Any applicable delivery costs, including shipping fees, insurance, and handling charges, will be communicated to Buyer during the onboarding process and included in the final invoice.
6. Amendments and Termination
Amendments: Seller reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Buyer in writing or through the Website.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including any onboarding agreements and the separate pages for the cookies policy and privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller concerning the purchase of products through the Wheel-Shop.EU Website, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
By signing this Agreement, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
